I do what I do because I did everything I was told by society and it left me rich but broken, depressed, suicidal, and riddled with social anxiety.
Growing up I wasn't an athlete, good at school, creative enough, social enough to have many friends, or really joined any of the traditional cliques.
And then I discovered the internet and its immense potential to grow, scale, and start a movement around the world.
I fueled all my energy that should've gone into working on myself, self development, ”soft skills” and just put it into becoming successful based on the world's definition.
Eventually, I realized I've gotta change my life and focus on what's important not validation while neglecting my health.
It's not easy being an entrepreneur but if you focus on the important aspects like prioritizing health, rest, intimate quality time, and not hustling all night it's a fun adventure.
According to a study entrepreneurs are 50 percent more likely to report having a mental health condition.
2x more likely to suffer from depression
6x more likely to suffer from ADHD
3x more likely to suffer from substance abuse
10x more likely to suffer from bipolar disorder
2x more likely to have suicidal thoughts
